Item returns initiated outside of 14-day window are eligible for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be shipped to us at the customers expense. We strongly advise that you choose a shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number should an issue arise with your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received your returned item we will reimburse the original order amount minus the return shipping fee.
