We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Item returns initiated outside of 14-day window are eligible for store credit only.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be shipped to us at the customers expense. We strongly advise that you choose a shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number should an issue arise with your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received your returned item we will reimburse the original order amount minus the return shipping fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hrs of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made outside of this timeframe will only be eligible for store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original order amount minus shipping fees on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your accounts.
