Local Pickup Orders
Orders will be ready within 2 hrs from when you placed your order. Orders can be picked up at 48 Wolseley N Montréal-Ouest, QC H4X 1V5
Email us at email@example.com to advise when you plan to pick up your purchase to ensure someone is there to give you your order.
Online Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, when available. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We have currently suspended most International shipping destinations due to extreme delays. If you have a specific request please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to fulfill your order where possible.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Item returns initiated outside of 14-day window are eligible for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be shipped to us at the customers expense. We strongly advise that you choose a shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number should an issue arise with your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received your returned item we will reimburse the original order amount minus the return shipping fee.

Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Returned items paid for using SEZZLE are only eligible for store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hrs of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made outside of this timeframe will only be eligible for store credit.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Follow the return instructions above or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original order amount minus shipping fees on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your accounts.
